My weight is something I have always being teased about since my high school days, heck, since my Primary School days. However, I never paid attention to it or put any extra effort towards eating or anything like that because I was comfortable in my skin.
I began to get bothered about it in University not because I was teased but because I really wanted to gain weight. I put more effort into eating (sadly, I’m one of those people who puts on little or no weight no matter how much I eat). Maybe I just don’t eat the right way, lol. So, I turned to weight gainers.
I started my journey with weight gainers in 2015. I began with ON Serious Mass (pictured below) it contains 1250 calories.
Then i switched to Herbal life protein drink mix also pictured below
They both worked and I gained a bit of weight. When they finished I lost pretty much all the little progress I had made (back to square one, ugh!)
I relaxed and honestly couldn’t be bothered anymore.
This year I got more supplies of ON Serious Mass. (Disclaimer: in no way am I putting Herbal Life Protein Drink Mix down, ON Serious Mass is just easier to access.)
