#AMVCA2018 Best dressed list

By Posted on 1 2 m read

The Amvcas held yesterday, September and we saw many jaw dropping outfits, some alright outfits and some downright tacky ones. Of course, a few of the dresses we saw generated debates while some were unanimously seen as the best.

I have compiled a list of my favorite looks in no particular order:

Iyabo Ojo looks truly amazing in this piece by Tiannah’s Empire. This is absolutely how to wear black and get it right.

Rita Dominic looked like a dream in this piece by Tubo. She always looks gorgeous anyway, and this year was no exception. She truly knows what works for her body.

Osas Looked so beautiful in this Toju Foyeh yellow number, maybe I’m a bit biased because it’s my favorite color, i absolutely love everything about this look down to the shoes she chose.

Stephanie Coker in custom style temple is definitely a head turner. I love everything about this look and it subtly reminds me of Halle Berry’s 2002 Eli Sabb dress that she wore to the oscars

“Toni Tones with the body o!!!” This red number by Yemi Shoyemi is absolutely breathtaking on her and i love it, red is definitely her colour

Aunty Shaffy really looked nice in this dress by Fouad Sarkis Couture. I love the detailing and accessories she paired with the dress.

Lilian Afegbai in custom Nonnistics Fashion, she definitely dressed to win because this dress is a whole vibe on its own. I totally loved how it accentuated her figure.

Anto Lecky in Bibi Lawrence, this colour compliments her skin perfectly and she looks so angelic i must say. Noble Igwe finish work 👌

I had a lot more outfits i loved, but for the purpose of this post i narrowed it to these few. Let’s discuss, who was your best dressed?

XOXO

Well I wasn’t impressed with this year outfits. They all look the same to me. They all look like Cinderella. I love BamBam outfits. I like the fact that she dared to be different. But a better shoe would have compliment it for me. I was expecting to see extreme, rules breaking, jaw dropping outfits.
